End-User License Agreement (EULA)  

This End-User License Agreement („Agreement“) is a legally binding contract between you („End User“) and neusta IT-business-architecture GmbH („Licensor“) regarding the use of E-FLEX PRO INVOICEEE („App“).  

1. Grant of License  

The Licensor grants the End User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.  

2. Restrictions  

The End User may not:  
– Reproduce, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.  
– Share or commercially use the App with third parties without the prior written consent of the Licensor.  

3. Intellectual Property  

All rights, titles, and claims to the App remain the property of the Licensor. The End User acquires no ownership rights to the App.  

4. Disclaimer of Warranty  

The App is provided „as is,“ without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of rights.  

5. Limitation of Liability  

The Licensor is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.  

6. Termination  

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either the Licensor or the End User. The license automatically terminates if the End User fails to comply with its terms.  

7. Governing Law  

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
